ACHIEVER

  • Setting and achieving realistic fitness goals.

  • 12 Weeks Training Program
  • 24 classes
  • 60 minutes per sessions
  • Twice a week

PUSHER

Total Package Strength and conditioning training.Optional: Weighting lifting

  • Conducting health-history interviews and fitness assessments based on the client’s health history, current fitness and lifestyle factors.
  • Eating plan and nutrition advise
  • Setting and achieving realistic fitness goals.
  • Aerobic and Anaerobic training
  • Training is at the CrossFit center or Office
  • 18 Weeks Training Program
  • 54 classes
  • 60 minutes per sessions
